On THE ONE, we've integrated the battery into the seatpost to retain its slim frame design. Charging stations aren't prevalent yet, and we wanted to make sure that you have the option to charge the battery without having to carry your bike up those stairs.

Simply remove the seatpost to take out the battery for charging, whether in your apartment or at your office. We use state-of-the-art battery cells from well-known manufacturers like Samsung and Panasonic. Take THE ONE out for a ride of up to 52 km (32.93 miles) on only one charge!

Yes, THE ONE is a single-speed bike.

There are three electric support levels to choose from: light, medium and fast. Depending on the surface and slope you are riding you can easily switch between these levels.
What are the key differences between the U1 and U2 model?

THE ONE U1 has a reach of 40 km and disc brakes.

THE ONE U2 has a reach of 52 km and hydraulic disc brakes.

All other components in both version are identical.
How much weight can THE ONE handle?

Does THE ONE come in different sizes?

Can the battery be removed?

Yes, the battery can be removed. For this purpose the complete seat post (where the battery is hidden), can be pulled out of the frame in no time. Now the battery can be charged anywhere on your request.

A comprehensive 2-year international warranty is offered on the motor and a 1.5-year international warranty on the batteries against manufacturing defects.

The warranty however does not apply to normal wear and tear components such as tires, brake pads, chain etc...
How do I buy spare parts or service the bike? Can I go to any bike shop?

Thanks to a carefully engineered design, any local bike store is able to service the THE ONE, as most of the components are standard.

The battery and electronic modules can be bought directly from us, and are easily installed in a DIY manner.
